Everything to know — before you book.

We keep our policies clear and consistent so every pet receives the same high standard of care. Below: hours, vaccinations, holiday schedule, and reservation requirements.

Hours

Open seven days a week.

Standard Hours

Pickup window: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Closed for lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Drop-off window: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Sunday hours match the rest of the week.

Outside Standard Windows

Additional pickup or drop-off times may be available by appointment, subject to staff availability.

Early/Late Fee

$10 per pet per occurrence

  • Early check-in counts as one occurrence
  • Late check-out counts as a separate occurrence

Fee waived for VIP Boarding customers and active membership holders.

Vaccination Requirements

What we require, and why.

Current vaccination records protect every pet in our care. Please bring documentation from your veterinarian at booking.

Canine Influenza

Recommended vaccinations are not required for boarding but encouraged for protection during higher-exposure stays.

All pets must be 16 weeks of age or older for boarding. Bring printed or digital vet records to your first stay — they only need to be verified once unless your vaccinations change.

Modified policies during major holidays.

To ensure consistent staffing and quality of care during peak travel periods, we observe modified policies on the following major holidays.

Holiday Pricing

Modified rates during peak periods.

During our highest-demand periods, modified pricing applies per night for the first dog in a suite. This allows us to schedule additional trained staff and maintain the level of care our customers expect during peak travel seasons.

Standard multi-dog discount still applies. Holiday rates apply per night for any reservation that includes one or more peak dates, regardless of drop-off or pickup day.

Reservations

An open and inclusive reservation policy.

We accept reservations based on availability and the temperament of the pet. We do not discriminate based on breed or spay/neuter status. Every dog is evaluated as an individual.

All Breeds Welcome

We do not restrict by breed. Every dog is evaluated based on individual temperament during their first stay.

Spay/Neuter Optional

Spay/neuter status does not affect reservation acceptance. Female dogs in heat are accommodated with additional sanitation measures.

Booked by Availability

Reservations are accepted based on availability and capacity. We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, longer for holidays.

An additional fee of $30 applies to female dogs in heat to cover enhanced sanitation. Dogs in heat cannot share a kennel with other pets and may require an additional kennel at added cost.
